| -25 or older to rent ATVs | |
| -18 or older to ride ATVs | |
| -Drivers license required | |
| -Have a valid credit card | |
| -Insurance is $15 per day per machine and is required | |
| -$20 clean fee if ATV isn't brought back clean | |
| -$5 per gallon fee if ATV isn't brought back with a full tank of gas | |
| -Damage to NW ATV Rentals ATV's are 100% the responsibility of the lessee to pay for. In the event that an ATV is returned with damage their will be up to 7 days to assess the damage to obtain the damage amount | |
| -$500 damage deposit authorized on your credit card per machine. | |
| -Any late returns will be charged for 1 full day | |
| -Ramps are available for $25 per day | |
| -There is no trailer available | |
| -1 Rental day is for 8 hours | |
| -There are no refunds for early returns | |
| -Reservations are non-refundable | |
| -Reservations require 75% down to guarantee rate and rental date | |
| -Maintenance for rentals is the responsibility of the lessee. This includes checking the motor oil level and any other operational oil levels. Customers may be held responsible for mechanical damage due to negligence in atv operation or failure to provide normal maintenance. | |
